Ballyvolane House Winter Dispatch January 2024
We hope you had a wonderful festive season and now is the time for making plans to recharge after the Xmas madness! A stay at Ballyvolane House is the perfect remedy with bracing walks in the glorious countryside (bring your pooch), warming tipples, cosy fires, hearty food and long soaks in deep baths. We are open from Wednesdays to Saturdays throughout the winter months and we look forward to welcoming our guests in 2024.

The Alternative St. Valentine’s Bash
Join us on Saturday, 17th February for the antithesis of the traditional Valentines night out. Instead of couples dining on their own, we will be hosting a long-table dinner where guests will sit together, feast, socialise and enjoy live entertainment from crooner Ronnie Costley who will be singing Sinatra and other Rat-Pack era faves. Perfect for couples, groups of friends and anyone else looking to celebrate St. Valentine’s Day slightly differently this year.

Bertha’s Sessions are back!
Bertha Sessions is a live-music and supper event held in the rustic dining terrace and barn at Ballyvolane House. We are delighted to welcome Blind Poets, who will be performing at the next ‘BERTHA SESSIONS’ live-music and two-course supper in the barn at Ballyvolane House on Friday 28th February 2020.
Tickets are €35 per person which include entry to the gig and a two-course supper. Needless to say, we are always very happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements and please advise accordingly.

Bertha’s Revenge Gin at All Together Now Festival 2019
Justin is heading down to Curraghmore House for [All Together Now Festival 2019 to show and share Bertha’s Revenge Gin tipples and Bertha Love with enthusiastic festival-goers at the Grub Circus Tent which is curated by Joe McNamee. The event is at 5.15pm and we will be sharing the stage with our good chum Patrick Shelley of Ornabrak Gin and Kalak Vodka.
